Kevin is an exceptional realtor and a great guy…very kind and helpful…and extremely knowledgeable about the greater palm springs area. I can’t recommend him highly enough.  He brings a level of  personal service you won’t find in a giant real estate firm. It was like having a friend who could assist you through the maze of a real estate transaction.  He guided us with patience, and brought a deep understanding of the desert communities and a ton of knowledge about all the things that make the area unique: fee vs leased land, HOA fees, pool and utility costs, helpful info on local lenders, and a bunch of little tips that made the overall experience much more informed. There was no hard sell or rush to make a decision — instead, he worked to focus in on what we really wanted — then he honed in on properties that fit the bill. He made those hours of house-hunting a joy and wonderful learning experience.
