I feel so lucky to have found Kevin Stern when I was buying a home in the Palm Springs area!  We were relocating from far away, and needed someone to help us understand all the ins and outs of the desert market. Kevin really delivered — he has this incredibly vast knowledge of the Coachella Valley, along with a great personality, and a way of making you feel like you’re his only client!  He got to know us and what we wanted in a home, then helped us zoom in on our dream place in just a few days of house-hunting. Super organized. Filled with info about the desert. And above all, he seems like he really enjoys his job…it’s a joy spending time with him during the housing search, and when it came for all the mundane documents and closing, he guided us step by step even though we were still living hundreds of miles away…and he ensured a smooth closing and a totally stress-free experience throughout the process. Kevin is an exceptional realtor and a great guy…very kind and helpful…and extremely knowledgeable about the greater palm springs area. I can’t recommend him highly enough.  He brings a level of  personal service you won’t find in a giant real estate firm. It was like having a friend who could assist you through the maze of a real estate transaction.  He guided us with patience, and brought a deep understanding of the desert communities and a ton of knowledge about all the things that make the area unique: fee vs leased land, HOA fees, pool and utility costs, helpful info on local lenders, and a bunch of little tips that made the overall experience much more informed. There was no hard sell or rush to make a decision — instead, he worked to focus in on what we really wanted — then he honed in on properties that fit the bill. He made those hours of house-hunting a joy and wonderful learning experience.
